  I really recommend Eoghan. He is so knowledgeable and talented in his work. I felt very at ease when he repaired my camera and lens, he kept me up to date with all the steps and was so reliable! He's also very professional but at the same time so genuine.   Eoghan has fixed and serviced a few of my camera's and lenses at this stage and I cannot recommend him enough. He explains everything to you so you know exactly what is being carried out, he even helped me to fix a minor issue myself recently so I didn't have the cost of sending it off to him.   I sent my 430 ex iii to Eoghan as the power button was loose, he managed to save me money on buying a part buy using his talents to come up with a fix. It was a 3 day turn around from sending it to getting it back. highly recommend!

  Had a problem inserting my CF card in my Canon camera , left it with Eoghan at 12.0’clock on Saturday got a call at 2.0’clock same day to say it was repaired (bent pin ) he also cleaned the sensor . Great service and was lovely to deal with , highly recommend.

  Eoghan is a brilliant guy to work with, knows exactly what he’s doing and takes the time to explain what he’s doing. He is very professional and helpful on the phone and took half an hour to talk to me about what might be wrong with my camera before I had even paid for a repair and sent it into him which shows what a genuine and high quality service he is providing. He was very reachable and provided frequent updates which was very reassuring. The repair was an excellent price with an excellent service and I’d highly recommend anyone with camera issues getting in touch.

  Great service from Eoghan. The front element of my Canon 70 -200 lens had loosened up and needed tightening, Lens feels like new again. Cleaned the camera sensors too, also a good smart turn around. Thank you very much Eoghan. Yes I'd highly recommend f/1 camera repair.

  Highly recommend F/1.0 Camera Repair, Eoghan diagnosed, serviced and calibrated my lens and they're superbly sharp now, also super quick turnaround, fantastic service and a pleasure to deal with.

  Just had my second time dealing with Eoghan at F/1.0. On both occasions, he diagnosed and fixed my lens problems very promptly. Very knowledgeable and fair pricing. Great friendly service, and fast turnaround. Very highly recommended.

  Great person. I come up to clean my Nikon camera sensor but that was something much complicated than just dust on it, so he did his best but cannot remove black spot (something between sensor layers) and didn't take any money from me. Big knowledge about cameras, fully recommended!

  I recently had my Canon 700d cleaned by the guys at F/1.0 Camera repair. They took it upon themselves to also replace the Focus screen which was badly scratched and replace the rubber eye piece which I was missing , as well as a really good clean which it badly needed at a very reasonably rate! I sent the camera to them on a Thursday afternoon via Insured An Post and it was returned to me first thing on Monday morning the same way I sent it out! Over all I was very happy with their service and definitely a company I will be using again!! Prompt, informative and very easy to deal with.

  When it came to my lens and two 40D bodies, Eoghan is a true lifesaver not to mention a genuine wizard when it comes to anything camera related. His quality of work is outstanding which mirrors his customer service. He offered lots of very valuable advice about cameras, lens & storage which I certainly would not have received had I sent my lens away to the manufacturer to get repaired. All the work on the 2 bodies and lens was completed within 5 days!!. Hes a master in his field and I would have no hesitation in highly recommending F1 Camera Repair to anybody.

Focus was all messed up on my 14 mm and all the camera shops said it had to be sent back to manufacturer to be repaired as they can't do it. I rang Eoghan and he could tell me over the phone what was wrong so I sent it to him and picked it up a few days later when I was in that area. Tested it during a milky way class that night and it's super again. Well deserved 5 stars

  Had a focusing problem with my 70-200 f2.8 got a contact number for eoghan when I told him about it he knew what the the problem was over the phone dropped it up fixed in twenty four hours also serviced camera and other lens.   I spent the day in Wicklow at f1.0 camera repair with my 24/105mm lens a fantastic job I will be back I do recommend try f1.0 prices are fare thank so much

  So delighted with the service provided by Eoghan. I had a problem with my 24-105 Canon lens, a communication error between the lens and the camera. Eoghan was able to diagnose the problem over the phone. I brought it in and 10 days later the issue was fixed. When I collected it, Eoghan explained in detail what was wrong, what he did/ replaced, some other damage he discovered (but should not affect the photos) and he gave me a warranty as well. I couldn't recommend Eoghan high enough. Having dealt with a photography shop in Dublin city centre for sensor cleaning before, I can say that Eoghan service and approach is second to none. I wouldn't go anywhere else in the future.

  Just got my Canon 5D Mk2 back this morning and I am absolutely delighted with the results. I dropped it and it was overexposing by about 4/5 stops and the screen got scratched. Silly me. But thanks to the quick and professional service from Eoghan I am a very happy person this morning despite the weather. By the way, a lot cheaper and quicker than sending it to Canon.
